Our Healing Arts program delves into the fundamental principles of guiding clients towards optimal health and inner healing. By honing your sensitivity, cultivating trust, and exploring intuitive guidance, you will learn to attune to your clients’ bodies and effectively reconnect them with the innate life force that facilitates healing.
Throughout the training, you will acquire proficiency in a range of powerful and time-honored wisdom traditions and healing techniques including Acupressure, Tsubo, Hands-on Healing, Polynesian Footwork, Fascial Unwinding, Internal Organ Release, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Qi Gong, and more.
This unique training experience equips you with life-transforming tools and empowers you to develop the necessary skills for a thriving healing practice, while also deepening your own personal healing journey.

THE PROGRAM
This program provides an extensive wealth of knowledge and expertise in the realm of healing arts. Our primary objective is to teach you how to stimulate the innate wisdom of the body, promoting self-healing and personal transformation. By participating in this program, you will acquire the techniques to untangle the body using the sacred spiral, engage with vital energy points to promote release, cultivate the ability to connect with your clients, and intuitively interpret the body's messages. The educational platform offers abundant practical knowledge and experience, bolstered by a supportive community of fellow healers and experienced mentors. Above all, you will embark on a fulfilling journey of acquiring a new and highly rewarding profession.
YOU WILL ACQUIRE
Theoretical and practical knowledge in a variety of different healing methodologies and wisdom traditions
You will acquire a fundamental understanding of anatomy and physiology, comprehension of fascia and meridian lines, awareness of vital energy points, insights into formative psychology, knowledge of botanical nutrition, understanding of yogic anatomy, understanding the impact of trauma on the body, recognition of self-sabotaging patterns, comprehension of the causes and mechanisms of illness, internal alchemy based on the five elements, understanding of the sacred universal spiral in relation to the body, interpretation of bodily messages, knowledge of the healing process, self-care techniques, and various tools.
You will also gain proficiencies in the application of acupressure, Polynesian footwork techniques, somatic spiraling, fascial release methods, strategies for avoiding self-destructive behaviours, yogic healing practices, internal martial arts, sacred breath work, Chi Nei Tsang (organ massage), Taoist meditation techniques, meridian clearing methods, and hands-on healing methodologies.

In-person study days (Saturdays and Sundays) at the Healing Arts Center
Monthly virtual meetings
Classes with guest teachers focusing on a specific themes, practices and traditions, followed by group discussions.
Self-study
Encompassing various activities such as completing assignments, engaging in independent reading, maintaining a learning diary, and prioritizing personal well-being.
Practicum
The practicum is an essential part of your education where you get to experience the role of a healer in five sessions with our community clients before completing your studies. This practical exercise is crucial for honing your skills and refining your craft before progressing further. Each client will have the chance to evaluate and offer valuable feedback.

Ella St. Hilaire is a womb priestess, doula, & mentor for female leaders, visionaries, & creatives. Her practice is rooted in the methodologies of energy healing, folk herbalism, intersectional feminism, & spiritual activism. As a lifelong nomad with a background in art & writing, her holistic offerings are often inspired by her cultural curiosity & innate experimental nature. Having previously worked at Vanity Fair, Christie’s, & EDITION Hotels, she launched Bedrock Body in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, after the second wave of the BLM movement. Catalysed by grief, she fulfilled a need within her community to merge radical inner healing with real-world change. Through her bespoke courses, workshops, & private sessions, Ella has now serviced hundreds of women from across the world with a unique, embodied matriarchal pedagogy.
She is currently furthering her theological studies at Harvard Divinity School, with the intent to explore alternative narratives within the legacy of Mary Magdalene.
