TESTIMONIALS
“I need to keep on recommending this program. It has transformed my life in really many ways. It has changed the way I relate to my own body, but mostly how I relate and touch others, with presence and meaning, with the awareness that healing takes place in manifold ways. The best teachers, and the best space.”

“Kuldip is a kind, patient, well organized and inspiring teacher and a practitioner, who has a broad and deep understanding of different kind of healing modalities. I am glad that I decided to participate this Healing Arts Program, since this helps so much with my own healing journey, and by committing to constant practice of these healing modalities, I will have chance to affect positively to people around me. There’s always a warm and cozy atmosphere at the Healing Arts Center, and I am also very grateful for the lovely team spirit we have there.”

“On our very first day our teacher Kuldip asked why we are here. I said ”I’m here to heal”. I also kind of felt that I didn’t have a choice, the calling was so strong. I wasn’t sure why but I knew I was in the right place. What came out of it was like a rebirth. That safe zone Kuldip creates and holds allowed healing to happen in so many layers. We learned ways and techniques to open and invite the body into the healing process by working with other participants. We learned to listen and trust our intuition. As the best body work session is not only physical but also mental and spiritual. The mind settles down to listen to what your soul wants to tell through your body. It is amazing and beautiful. I fell in love with these techniques and I absolutely want to share this gift by doing Somatic Bodywork in the future.
I really enjoyed and felt the importance of our ceremonial openings every school morning. And I also loved the meditation, kundalini yoga, breath work, fascial maneuvers and other methods we used to open our body mind and soul, and to be aligned and connected. I also enjoyed all the theoretical studies and lectures we had. Everything was so consistent and inspiring.
It was a previlege to be a part of this journey. It really was like being reborn. I thank the universe, our teacher Kuldip Quinterno and the other participants from the bottom of my heart and soul.”

“The first time I went for a somatic unwinding session at Helsinki Healing Arts Center I could really feel the profound and transformative effect of it. I started going for treatments on a regular basis as the benefits on my body and mind were so great. When I learned there would be a course in somatic healing, I decided to participate, because I felt this was a possibility I do not want to miss. I wanted to learn this amazing method, so I hopefully one day would be able to help other people feel better.
I am very grateful and happy that I was able to join the course, and recently graduated as a somatic therapist. The journey, from the beginning to the end, has been absolutely fantastic. We learned different methods of bodywork, such as footwork and acupressure and much more. We also learned a lot about ourselves and the whole journey was very transformative. Our Head Teacher and Master Kuldip Quinterno has so much knowledge and experience, and carries so much wisdom that it is a privilege and honour to learn from him. A very rare and special opportunity indeed. His way of teaching is compassionate and blends in hands-on practice with theory and history, as well as wonderful examples from his own experiences. I loved every moment of the course, and would warmly recommend it to anyone interested in healing and health, either for the purpose to help others, or just for own benefits.”
