Helsinki Healing Arts School Cancellation Policy

At Helsinki Healing Arts School (HHAS), we aim to offer the highest quality educational experience. To manage our resources effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy for our training program:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit: Upon enrollment, a non-refundable deposit of 500€ of is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. Cancellation Within One Month of Training:

    • If you cancel your enrollment within one month after the training start date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the entire training cost will be charged.

    • The remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded to you.

  3. Cancellation After the Second Month:

    • If you cancel your enrollment after the second month of training, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire training cost will be charged.

    • The remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded to you.

  4. No Refund Thereafter:

    • After two months from the start date of the training program, no refunds will be issued.

    • This means that if you cancel at any point beyond two months into the program, you will forfeit all payments made.
